ncreasing the percentage of company operations and program requirements to be sourced; finding small businesses for new requirements and evaluating supplier competency and potential for successful relationships for special and strategic relationships, i.e. acquisitions, protégés, strategic partners, etc.; and for improving the operations of Small Business Liaison Offices (SBLOs) to include the relationship with program managers and engineers for the purpose of increasing subcontracting awards to small business categories.
For Smaller Suppliers:
nalyzing and base lining smaller aerospace and defense suppliers, developing the action plans for the suppliers’ specific goals, and coaching the suppliers through implementation of their action plans.
